Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera was born in the USA on the 15th August 1994. Being born under the zodiac sign of Leo and with American nationality she is popular because of her work as being a fitness model, and is an Instagram star. Even though Ashley hasn't spoken much about her parents she has been credited by her grandfather for the inspiration for her enthusiasm in fitness because he was a well-known bodybuilder in his 20s and 30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at when she was a child. She started taking swimming lessons at age four old, and continued for another 10 years. Ashley competed in a variety of events, but she was not focused because she wasn't ready to follow the strict diet. A beautiful appearance as well as a curvy physique made her popular as a teenager. However, it's not known how long she dated throughout that period of time. Ashley was unable to attend the university after graduating and decided to pursue a career as a fitness-model. Ashley was only 15 when she became unhappy with her physical appearance. Her father encouraged her to exercise. She followed the advice of her grandfather to start slow. Little did she know that she would spend nine years working on her physique as she grew into an exercise idol. Ashley was motivated by her success and enrolled in her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She placed 7th and was motivated to work more. In the aftermath of winning fifth at the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley took the decision to end her competition. In the meantime, she was being offered photographs while she competed but she was not keen to combine her career, however now that she quit competing she decided to switch careers and become an exercise model. She appeared on the cover page of a popular fitness publication, and this started her career as a fitness model as she was able to join a modelling agency. As time passed, she became a much-requested model. She has also posed on a range of clothing and bikini brand names.
